Earth Class Mail offers to digitize a company’s paper mail, eliminating corporate mail rooms and the annoying “Please collect your mail from the mailroom” message. Effectively, you’re reading your paper mail like email.

Apparently all a company needs to do is specify Earth Class Mail’s postal address for mail instead of the company office address. Earth Class Mail can then, with a one-day turnaround time,

… open and scan the mail to PDF, forward the original, shred and recycle, and archive the physical and/or scanned mail.

Their website says that up to 90% of a company’s email is recycled. Pretty good way to boast about your Green credentials. And your employees’ email problems just got worse.
