Will gyms, swimming pools and spas ban the new iPod Nano, the one with the digital video camera? These facilities usually ban cellphones with cameras to prevent digital Peeping Toms, but freely allow iPods and other music players.
Checking each patron’s music player for presence of a camera is about as oppressive as checking if each individual airline passenger’s phone has been switched off.
